I think one of the biggest mistakes that leaders make is that they think they have to lead the change and communicate all about the change all by themselves. Nope, that's not how you do it. In fact, your managers are really gonna be the ones who are gonna be interacting with the rest of the organization and particularly with your employees. So you need to let your managers know what you expect and make sure they have all the resources they need to communicate the messages and key themes to their people. So here's a script you can use.
