When you're trying to drive change, you need all the tools at your disposal. There's one that I see leaders forget about over and over again, storytelling. Now, it may seem superficial until you realize that people don't remember data. They're not inspired by directives. And your managers, the people that you actually need to help you drive change and message it to your employees, they need you to give them stories to tell their teams. They're only going to be able to share the message you're trying to convey if you give them some handles. And those handles come in stories. So you as a senior leader need to get good at telling stories. But if you're like most people, that can feel uncomfortable. That's why I'm here, to help you.
