Now, this one is hard, but the reality is that often, large scale change comes with layoffs. And sometimes you're the one who has to announce them. Now, the key here is to be honest, compassionate, and to make sure that you also give some hope for the future. So we're gonna do that in this script. Here we go. This is not easy news to share, but I need to let you know that we parted ways with 5% of our coworkers today. Here's the background. You know we're going through a big process of aligning our core business with the market trends that we see in front of us. This means that we're dramatically reducing two of our business units. This makes sense for our company as a whole, but unfortunately it includes the difficult decisions of having to lay some people off. Now I wanna stress a few things.
