One of the most obvious places to talk about change is in your all hands. If you have regular all hands, just plan to discuss change at one of them. And if you don't, it's a good idea to call one. That way everyone can hear from you all at once. So here's how this can go. Okay. Thanks for making time today. I wanted you to hear directly from me about the change our company is undergoing. I'll share what's changing, why now, and how it'll play out and affect you. After that, I'll take some of your questions. We'll restructure organization effective January 1st. Our Consumer Electronics Division will be scaled down by 40%, and we're redirecting those resources into AI-driven enterprise solutions. That means approximately 200 positions will be eliminated, primarily in legacy product support. If your role is affected, your manager will meet with you individually by the end of the day tomorrow, and you'll be invited to apply for the new rules that we're creating.
