Once you have the file open in the Minitab, notice that this is all about classifying the calls into the correct reason codes, so it's an attribute agreement analysis. To analyze the results, go to Stat, Quality Tools, Attribute Agreement Analysis. And for the Attribute column, we have the Assessments, samples would be Samples, and appraisers would be the Appraisers column. And we have a known standard in the Standards column. And since the attribute data are not ordered, leave this unchecked. Go to Options. I'd like to see the kappa values. And then for graphs, the default looks good. OK, and for results, I'd like to see the percentages of assessment, agreement within and between appraisers. So OK and OK.
