- [Instructor] Engage stakeholders before the change project begins. Gather key decision-makers, business leaders, and IT teams in a kickoff meeting to align on goals, scope, and impact. Clearly define expectations, responsibilities, and communication channels. This ensures early buy-in and prevents misunderstandings down the line. Meet with end users, department heads, and IT teams during the planning phase to assess the impact of the change. Use workshops, surveys, or stakeholder interviews to identify risks, dependencies, and critical needs. Addressing concerns early helps design solutions that work for everyone. Be on site or readily available during go-live to address real-time issues, answer questions, and adjust workflows if needed.
