- [Instructor] Now that you've tried the RFC process, take a moment to reflect; what surprised you? Did the process flow smoothly or were there roadblocks? Teams often struggle with clarity in requests, stakeholder alignment or risk assessment. Did that happen to you? If so, next time, try refining details a bit more upfront and involving key people earlier. Every team finds different challenges. What was hardest for you? Many teams struggle with risk assessment or CAB review. If so, try breaking down risks into clear, actionable factors and aligning early with key approvers. What parts felt easiest? Logging the RFC, scheduling the change, or was it something else? Look back at the process. What worked well and ran smoothly? What didn't? Perhaps communication was solid but approvals lagged, or scheduling worked, but testing was rushed?
