People often find it challenging to keep stakeholders engaged and handle pushback. To overcome this, don't rush. And don't just talk at people. Genuinely listen and address their concerns. Think about what was most challenging and easiest. Was it most challenging to get feedback? For many, the hardest part is addressing resistance or uncertainty from stakeholders. Frequent updates and showing clear, tangible benefits are a good way around that. What was easiest? Explaining the change to your team? The easiest part for most is starting the conversation early.
