- Education and training are paramount to many things in life. We're taught our ABCs so that we can eventually learn to read and write. And once we learn to read and write, we harness the ability to share our learnings with others. It's all a wonderful circle of life. So why does training like data privacy and security awareness get such a bad rap in a work setting? I mean, I've seen my fair share of cringey '90s employee training videos, but I'd also like to think that we've come a long way since then.
