- [Narrator] We have our groups, so I'm ready to add items. I'm not going to worry about any of these columns right now, where it says Person, Status and Date. We'll handle those later. Right now, I'm just going to brain dump things that need to be done. I don't even need to worry about the order, but I will worry about which group it's going to go into. For example, now I'm going to add all the items and tasks that have to do with attendees. I'll come down here into this first item that's already given to me and I can click in the cursor to edit it. Once the cursor appears, you can hit the Backspace key and type in my own item. You'll notice that I'm using the word item and task interchangeably, that's fine. I'll hit the Enter key and my item has been created. I'll do the same thing with the second item, and then I'll make a few more. And now, let's do the same thing for speakers and venue. You'll notice it's telling you that you can hit Shift and Enter to add another task. This is a…
