- [Instructor] Over time, there will be things that you need to do to your boards for maintenance. You'll have a long list of boards. Some might need to be renamed, some might be old, and you might need to delete those or archive them. Let's start by renaming them. Here's my Energy Conference board, and I'm going to click the three dots to the right of the board title. From here, I can choose to rename the board. I'll rename this with the exact year. This way we can make another board for next year, and I can do that by duplicating it. So I'll hit the enter key, click the three dots again, and this time choose Duplicate Board. I'll call this one Energy Conference 2025, and here's where I have to choose what I want to duplicate. Do I want the structure only? Do I want the structure and items, meaning all the tasks that go with it?
