- Strategic planning, it's your project's blueprint. As the PM, your job is to craft a plan that syncs every step and aligns every stakeholder. So let me share with you my proven project framework consisting of six key elements. First, it starts with you, the project lead. You are the strategic leader who comes up with the plan. Then, you have the project's executive sponsor. This is a person who provides support to you to help you bring this project to fruition. And finally, we have the working team that executes on the plan. Next, we want to provide the context and objective. So here's an example. For context, the food-delivery market is expanding amid a growing trend of online ordering, which is only accelerated by the ongoing pandemic.
