- [Instructor] Great project managers love looking at the work that is actually happening on their projects and the time tracking in Zoho Projects is simple, yet very effective. Here I have a list of project tasks that have been assigned and are in various stages. To track time on any task, simply click a task, such as this one here, Ship equipment, I'll click on. And then, the person who is assigned to it can log their hours in the detail. Click on Add Time Log. I can pick the date for which I'm logging the hours. And then enter the amount of time. Click Add. And while I'm in here, I spent two hours working on this task, and I'll update my completion percentage. Task is updated, I'll close this view. And I can see on this open task I have 40% completion.
