Undoing and redoing actions using the History panel

Most programs give you the ability to undo your last action or actions, which is great for fixing mistakes or trying something different. And in most programs, the keyboard shortcut for undoing an action is Command-Z or Control-Z on a PC. So if I load my 5.4 undo-redo sequence and I delete a clip, if I press Command-Z or Control-Z, I bring it back. No problem. But what if I wanted to go back to a point 5 minutes ago or 30 minutes ago within an editing session? Fortunately, Premiere Pro makes this relatively easy by using the History panel. Now, just so you know, each user has their own unique history. So, the editing that I've recently done is different than the editing that you've recently done. So, I've provided a sequence in here for you to follow along with, but just realize that the things that you see on my screen won't match the ones on your screen.
