Using saved replies

- [Instructor] By the way, when someone responds to an issue you can add an automated reply that you've set up. Now, you can do that directly from this write menu down here by clicking on this little arrow and adding a previously saved reply. Now from here you can choose one of the items here and they even get a little command key combination right here or you can hit create a new saved reply and it will take you basically to your profile. So notice that I'm in saved replies, I'm in my profile. Another way to get here is by going to this icon and then you want to go to settings. And from settings on the left hand side you want to scroll down to saved replies. And so in here you can type in a new saved reply. You can see the previous ones that you've done and you can edit these if you want to. So I'm going to do a new one called Ship It. And I'll say something like, great job team, let's ship it. And I'll do a little icon…
