The impact of a PowerPoint theme on your outline
- [Tutor] Before you build your outline, it's a good idea to get familiar with the theme or template that you're going to use. After all, form and function often follow each other pretty closely. To do this, you need to launch your version of PowerPoint, and if you were given a theme or template by your office, take a look at that. Otherwise, you can browse some of the ones that are available inside of PowerPoint. You'll see it gives me a collection of themes that are available. Some of these are pre-installed and they work fine. And I can also click to see more themes. This makes it a bit easier to browse your options. If you select one of these, you may notice that it offers the ability to see a preview. In this particular theme, I see that I can have titles. I can also click to view the different layouts. This gives me a good idea of what's possible. There are also different color palettes available for this theme.…
