- [Instructor] When you build a presentation, you're often creating more than just slides. You're building an experience for multiple audiences, the presenter, the attendees, and sometimes even those who couldn't be there live. In this video, you'll learn how to use PowerPoint's notes and handout masters to create a flexible three-way deck, a speaker ready version with detailed presenter notes, a principal audience handout with multiple slides per page and space for handwritten notes and a custom handout version with supplemental content besides each slide. By the end, you'll be able to streamline your workflow and get more value out of a single deck without duplicating effort. In this presentation, I have speaker notes for each slide. To view and edit them, I click on the Notes button in the bottom right corner of my window. I can drag this up to create more space.
