- [Instructor] There are different types of tiles that we can add directly to a dashboard called standalone tiles. They're standalone because they don't come from a report, they come from elsewhere. So if I want to add a standalone tile, I click Edit, Add a tile, and here's my list of possible standalone tiles. Now, web content and video are grayed out right now, and I will tell you I'm not clear why because I've used video from YouTube without a problem in the past. But when I click this, I got nothing. So I can add an image. If I do, I'll be asked for a URL. So this image needs to live in the cloud in SharePoint or in my OneDrive for business so that I can direct Power BI how to get to it. I can also add custom streaming data, but the thing I add most frequently is just a text box to describe something, to do a call out, or to provide additional information.
