Creating users and groups
- [Instructor] All right, now that we know what Azure Active Directory is, it's time to create users and groups. I've logged into the portal and we're on the home screen. Let's use the search bar and search for Azure Active. Let's open the Azure Active Directory service. There we go. Here in the menu on the left, we'll find the users and groups blades, but we can directly create users and groups by clicking on Add here. Let's create our group. There are different group types. We can create a security group or a Microsoft 365 group. Let's stick with the security group type. We'll create a security group to assign IAM permissions to manage the web application in a development environment. Let's give our group a name of web development admin, followed by a group description. Manage the web application in the development environment.
