This week we're going to see a final little phase of the Oakland Theater here. We're going to create the little light bulbs. which we see way down here. We're going to create these little light bulbs. But before we go there, I just want to show you one more thing. And that is right here. We did the neons last week, but look at these neons. You see, these neons are white. You don't see through those. Those are opaque. You see all the little reflections going through those? Well that wasn't that hard. Let's create a new file real quick, quickly here. I'm going to invert the background. And I'm just going to throw a little shape here that's going to become our little neon. Now it's going to be a white neon. Okay? And let's say that it's going to go off the sea like that. Alright so in a layer I'm going to go in there and create a layer. And I'm going to fill this up with a nice white. And we'll get our brush in fact not completely white just a little bit of an off white. And we'll get a…
