- Before you sell an interviewer on why they should hire you you have to first sell yourself on why you're hireable. Seriously, step back, take a deep breath, and think carefully, ask yourself, "What makes me a great project management candidate?" Okay, once you've sold yourself, you're ready to interview. Now, it's time to wow your interviewer. Let me walk you through the three phases of interviewing and how you can methodically set yourself up to seal the deal. Phase one happens before the interview. This is when you'll research opportunities by digging deep into company websites, reading their blog posts, and following them on LinkedIn. Phase two is when you interview.
