Sharing Libraries

There are times when you may want to share the contents of a library with members of a team or distribute the contents to other people. Photoshop has two different ways to do this depending on the amount of control that you want over the assets in the libraries. The first thing that we'll do is we will select the library that we want to share. Then we can click on the icon of the person, and that's going to take us to the Creative Cloud desktop app and automatically display the invite to the library window. And don't worry if your CC desktop application doesn't look exactly the same as mine, because Adobe often updates this app. So now all we need to do is provide an e-mail address, and we can add a message. Then we can choose to allow them to only view or to also edit the assets. So if I select Can Edit, that lets collaborators view and edit and add and delete assets from a library, as well as invite other collaborators.
