You might wonder at this point when exactly you should conduct a UX audit. Is there a perfect time? Knowing when to do a UX audit can help ensure your product remains user-friendly and successful. From my experience in UX design, conducting an audit right before a major product redesign is ideal. It gives you and your team a chance to evaluate what's working well in the current design and what could be improved. This way, you can make informed decisions as you move forward with the redesign process. For example, imagine you're about to redesign an online store. If you find with your UX audit that users are overwhelmed with the amount of information that is shown on one page, you know exactly what needs fixing.
