- [Instructor] Outlook has really great search capabilities whether you are searching your inbox, other mailboxes, your calendar, whatever you're searching for. Notice that I'm in my fabric with Charles folder right now and if I search, it will actually show me that it's going to search in fabric with Charles. That's the default if I'm in any folder other than the inbox is, you're in this folder, you probably want to search here. But if I wanted to search the entire inbox from here notice that I can change by clicking the dropdown and choose to search the entire inbox. If I'm in licenses and I click search it will want to search licenses. But if I'm in the inbox and search, it's going to search in all folders. Those are the default settings for Outlook and you can change them but I think it's easier simply to get used to them.
