- [Instructor] So we've already looked at creating sub folders at deleting messages we no longer want, at moving messages to a special folder because they meet a particular criteria, like they're about our licensing. And now we're down to the last way you can deal with messages that you've already read, you've taken whatever action you need to take on them, and yet you don't want to delete them. So because your inbox is really your front burner, the place that you should keep the things you're working on now, cluttering it up with a number of items that you're just hanging onto isn't helpful or useful. And having a whole group of folders underneath your inbox, one for each possible topic, that's not a great method either.
