Recall email messages in Outlook

- You are replying quickly to a sensitive email about a performance issue involving a colleague named Alex. You mean to send it to your manager, but accidentally type and select Alex's name in the two field. After hitting send, you realize your mistake when you see the wrong name in the confirmation bar at the bottom of Outlook. Thankfully, you have undue send set to 10 seconds. Undue send allows you to delay sending an email by a few seconds, giving you a chance to cancel it if you spot a mistake or change your mind. Undue Send is a setting that needs to be enabled in Outlook. We do that by jumping up to the cog icon to open up Settings, selecting Email from the list, and compose and reply. And if we scroll all the way down, notice we have an Undo send section. Now the maximum is 10 seconds, so I'm going to set mine all the way up to 10. You could have a shorter period of time, but I like to have 10. Let's click on Save. And now if you accidentally send an email in error, you're��
