Send emails to OneNote
- One of the best things about working with Outlook 365 is the ability to work with other applications, for example, OneNote. OneNote is a note taking application that you may or may not be familiar with. Did you know that we can send emails directly from our inbox across to OneNote and add them into a notebook? Let's take a look at it. To send an email to a OneNote notebook, we simply need to select the email, and then in the reading pane, notice this little icon just here that says Apps. If we click on Apps, you should see in there a Send to OneNote option. When we click on Send to OneNote, it's going to connect to your OneNote account that's part of Microsoft 365, and show you any notebooks that you currently have available in OneNote. And you can see I've got two notebooks. Then it's just a simple case of choosing the notebook to send it to, selecting it, and then clicking on Save.
