- If you haven't heard of Copilot yet, then you must have been living under a rock. For the past few years, everybody's been all abuzz about AI, and Microsoft is no different. We can now utilize Copilot within new Outlook to help us do things like summarize lengthy emails, draft new email messages, and even reply to existing messages. It's really exciting, so let's dive in and take a look at some of its features. Let's take a look at some of the main features of Copilot in new Outlook. The first thing you need to make sure is that you have Copilot activated. If you take a look on the home ribbon all the way over on the right-hand side, you should see the Copilot button. Now, if your Copilot button is grayed out, click the lower half and go into Settings. You need to make sure you have Turn on Copilot toggled on.
