- [Instructor] I'm all done typing up an email to Devon. However, in between being done with my email and clicking the Send button, I can set some options on the email itself. This is an email to Devon telling him to be on the lookout for an important email from Leslie while I'm away. This is an important email, so I want Devon to know about it. The first thing I can change is the priority of the email. I can do that by clicking High Importance on the top right-hand side of the email. I can also mark the email as low priority, but setting it with High Importance will have my message arrive in Devon's inbox with a red exclamation mark next to it. Next, I'll click the Options ribbon tab. Right now in the email, I can see the To: field and the Cc: field. I can click to add a Bcc: field, blind carbon copy. It adds a new field to my email. Now I can put a name in the blind carbon copy field and whoever's here will also receive a copy of the email without Devon knowing that somebody else is…
