We are living through the biggest disruption to work in human history. We're all having to start over right now. And the thing that you don't want to do is wait. You read headlines that say, you know, we're cooked. You read headlines that say AI is not going to do anything. And the reality is, you know, it's neither of those extremes. So with all the data we had behind LinkedIn and behind Microsoft with their Work Trend Index, our CEO and I wrote this book really just to take all that, simplify it, and tell everyone where they can start and how they can take their next steps into this new world of work.
