- [Instructor] When creating text notes here in OneNote, you may want to consider using some of the formatting attributes available to you just to make it more visually interesting, but also perhaps easier to read. So we're going to dive a little deeper into formatting in this chapter. If you need to get caught up with me, you can go to the Chapter 3 folder of your Exercise Files to open up a Red30Tech notebook. We left off here looking at our monthly manager meeting section in February. We're going to go over to the Makers Conference 2026 tab. Click there and we're going to go to catering. And from here we're going to add some candidates. We're going to create a text note and then we're going to format it to make it look nice. Let's go to the catering company's sub page and click down below. So we're ready to start typing. Let's type in all caps, POTENTIAL CANDIDATES.
