- [Instructor] If you've been journaling with pen and paper, you likely have a journal that you start fresh with each year, and then you might migrate information from the end of that journal year that still needs to be in focus for the following year. We're going to take a look at how you might manage that and still work within the same journal from one year to the next. So a couple of considerations here. If you want a fresh start, you won't want anything in your journal, well, then you could create a new journal. But in this case, let's consider that we have a journal just called "Journal," and we want to continue year after year to have everything collectively in this notebook so that we can go to the past and reflect, and we can still be in the present of what we're working on in that current year, and continue to move forward and build other years into that journal.
