In this video, we are going to talk about one of my absolute favorite topics in this new Lightroom Classic, and that is the masking area. So when I go up here up to the upper right-hand corner underneath the histogram, you'll see this teeny-tiny little circle with the dotted line around it. If you're looking for a quick access point for you to get to it through your keyboard, that's going to be Shift + W. So when we click into this little teeny-tiny area for the first time, you're going to see some interesting things. Now you'll see that I have switched the image that I'm working on. That's because I want to give you the interface of what happens when you first click into the masking panel, where there are no masks already created. And so you'll see some things here. You'll see the option for select subject, you'll see the option for select sky, and select background.
