Use views to stay organized
- [Instructor] You've probably seen a long list of tasks and thought, "There's no way I can manage all this." That's normal. The trick isn't making more lists, it's switching how you view them. Let's talk about how to use different views and notions to stay organized. I'll show you now how to set up three useful views, table, board, and calendar. First, go to your project headquarters and to your task page. You'll see the task database that I created earlier. It should already have the tasks and statuses, priorities, and two dates in it. At the left of the database, click where it says Table. Then click Add New, then choose Board. Now name this Kanban Board and click Done. Now let's group it by timeline or status. We'll click here to create a new view, and click Timeline. And we'll call it Timeline, and click Done. Now we've created our kanban board.
