High-risk AI system deployer obligations
- [Instructor] Several months ago, I worked with an organization rolling out various AI tools and programs to enhance their workforce's productivity. The underlying models were trained on company data to customize the tools to their specific needs and to protect the models from external usage. The client signed a contract that would limit the usage of those tools to the corporate network. All of this information was explicitly communicated to the workforce through email and internal trainings. That company is a perfect example of a deployer of AI systems, although they operate in the US and outside the purview of the AI Act, they did a good job of addressing some of the key concerns for deployers of high risk AI systems. Next, I'll introduce you to some key deployer obligations.
