What to do if ghosted

Getting ghosted sucks, I know, but it's not always the end. This is what you should do if you think you're getting ghosted. First, if you haven't heard back and it's been a couple of weeks, try following up with this script right here. And if it's been three weeks of consistent follow-ups with the recruiter and they haven't responded, I then recommend you to reach out to somebody else in the organization who can give you an update. This might be the hiring manager, this might be another recruiter. You just want to get a hold of somebody in this organization, because there's so many possibilities on why they haven't responded yet. This recruiter might be on vacation, they might be at a different company, you never know. So give them the benefit of the doubt here.
