This helps them guide strategy for product launches, personalized marketing, and even inventory management. Think of AI as your strategy GPS. Now here's a few ways to use it to make your strategic decisions. Now start by getting clarity on ways to reach your goal. Feed AI your objectives, like how can we double sales by 2027? Let AI crunch the numbers, analyze trends, and map out your best path forward. Next, use AI to outline and prioritize high impact decisions that will bring you the most long-term value. For example, ask it, "If we had a million dollar marketing budget, "how should we spend it to have the biggest impact?" See what it says. And finally, manage potential risks by getting AI to reveal them. Ask it, "What's the worst case scenario "if we launch this product?" AI's going to simulate potential disasters so you can dodge them. Here's the thing, AI's the advisor, but you are the boss.
