They want to see if you've developed the right skills to thrive in customer success. Most of the skills required for customer success are what LinkedIn Learning refers to as power skills, sometimes called soft skills or transferable skills. Power skills are often considered complimentary to technical or hard skills, which are specific to a particular job or field. If you want to get a job in customer success, you're going to need to demonstrate several power skills, including the following. Communication.
