When rendering out your 3D content, make sure you think about the delivery platform. In this case, we're set up with a type of view that works well with cardboard glasses, and this is perfect for a presentation or a YouTube video. So, I can simply choose to output this composition here. And you'll say File, Export, and I would suggest choosing with Adobe Media Encoder. This makes it a bit easier to configure your options for export. Now what you can do is pick an H.264 format. It'll appear here in the media queue in just a second. And I suggest you simply target something like the YouTube High Quality. There you go. And you can simply render.
