Share a form with project stakeholders
Once a form is ready to be published, you can invite others to respond to it. And we're going to start here with the form in view and in the upper-right corner, select Collect responses. This takes us to send and collect responses. And we're going to start on the left side of this menu and work through, first, who is this form going to be available to. Then on the right side of the menu, we can work through how we want to publish this. So on the left side, notice that mine is currently set to anyone can respond. That means that anyone that has the link or the QR code or whatever I have shared for them to get to this form, that they can get to this form and fill it out, and that I will not have a name of who has filled this out. It doesn't require them to sign in with their Microsoft 365 account to get to this form.
