Share a file with a project member
Early in this course, I mentioned that OneDrive is your individual file library considered the "me" files. And what this means is that your files are private until you choose to share them with other people, like your project team members. And you can stop sharing a file at any time. We're going to walk through the sharing process here in Word for the web, and if you're following along in a desktop app like Word, the process is going to be very much the same. So with the document open, let's go to the upper right corner and select Share. From the dropdown menu, select Share once more. And then in the add a name group or email field, start to type the name or the email address. I'm going to share this with Leslie, and just with me typing a couple characters of the name, her name appears in the list and I'll select it.
