Reuse project message content with Quick Parts
If I were to ask you, how many times have you copied content saved from an email message or a document and then pasted that into a new message, what would your answer be? Occasionally, frequently, or all the time? Even if you haven't done this, you will probably need to at some point while managing a project. Let's take a look at how you can reuse a project message for a new message in the future. The quick parts feature that we'll be working with is only available in a desktop Outlook app, such as Outlook 2021 or Outlook for Microsoft 365. You can take content from a new message that you're composing and turn that into a quick-part building block, or you can open an existing message from your inbox, your sent items, or another mailbox folder and turn that into a quick-part building block.
