In the previous video of this course, you learned how to get assistance with crafting an email in Outlook, and I'd like to also help you understand how Copilot can be a coach when you've already written something like the email that you see here on my screen, but you want to get some coaching tips on how you might be able to improve your writing skills and make some revisions to that content. So here's the email that we're going to use for this example. And where we're going to get Copilot assistance is on the message ribbon. It's over here. See the Copilot icon right here? This arrow indicates we have multiple choices. So let's select it. And we're going to choose Coaching by Copilot. We'll have a notification that it's analyzing the email that it's reviewing it for several parameters including tone and clarity. And here it is, Coaching by Copilot.
