Create project feedback questions
Collecting project feedback may require several different types of questions and answer choices to be set up. Let's take a look at a few of the common types of feedback questions you can build within a form. We're going to start by selecting the plus sign that says quick start with, and we're going to build a rating question. So we'll select rating. It provides a place for you to update the question. So let's update that with what is your overall rating for this project. The default for a rating is the star symbol and a level of five. You can, of course, change this with the levels here, all the way up to 10 levels or down to two. And then you have many different symbols that you can choose from like numbers and hearts, ribbon, thumbnails, smiley faces. So I'm going to go with the smiley face. And then we can also choose if we want this to be required by selecting this toggle switch. So if this is enabled, this is a question they would need to fill out before they can submit the form.…
