Create a form to collect project feedback
Microsoft Forms is an application that's part of Microsoft 365, and it's used to collect feedback with surveys. During a project and even after a project wraps up, you're collecting feedback and measuring satisfaction. Let's take a look at how you can create an online form to gather these types of insights. We're going to start here on the homepage for Microsoft 365 and select the App Launcher and go out to forms. From here, there's a couple of ways that you can get started with building your form. You'll notice new form in the upper-left corner, and we'll take a look at this in just a moment. So if you want to build your form from scratch, you'll want to select this button. If you want to work with a template that already has some formatting, and it has some questions and answer choices populated that you can modify, explore some of these templates that you see here. So we have feedback, registration, research, quiz, and then there are several other categories in the template gallery…
