Coediting a file with project members
When a file has been shared from OneDrive with other project members, or a file is stored in a SharePoint or Teams document library, you can also work in the document at the same time. This group editing process is known as coauthoring or real-time editing. Let's take a look at how the process works. With the file open that you and other project members are working in, if you look in the upper-right corner, you'll have an indicator that someone else has this document open. The LR tells me the initials of Leslie Richardson, and then you may also see a picture of that person. And when you hover over that area, it's going to give you a bit more information, such as going directly to the location where that person is working. And notice her name showed up here. It looks like a little blue flag, and when I hover my mouse over it, it shows me who is working directly in this area. Now, as that person is making changes, you'll notice that Leslie just finished typing the word documentation…
