Automate project emails with Quick Steps
Need to automate the process of sending a report or maybe something else by email, you can with a feature called quick steps. We're going to be working with quick steps here in the Outlook desktop app. And the app that I am working in is the Classic Outlook Microsoft 365 app. In the upper-right corner, notice it says try the new Outlook, and that's set to off. If yours says new Outlook or something like that and then this is turned on, then it means you're working in the new one. Quick steps is still going to be in the same area of the home ribbon, but it doesn't have the capabilities that I'm going to show you here in this app. We're going to be working from the home ribbon and towards the middle of the home ribbon is where you will find quick steps. So mine says move to, yours may say something different if you have set some quick steps up or depending on what version of the app you're working with.
