- [Instructor] Now I want to talk about something with modulation effects that is sometimes overlooked even though to others, it may be obvious. Using modulation effects with synthesizers. Many synthesizers have polyphony, lots of different modulation capabilities going on internally within the sound engine. Sometimes it can really scratch an itch though to process a synthesizer using a modulation effect. So let's go ahead and find something to work with here. This is a track I produced for an artist named Dasampa. It's called "Still Here" and we've got a boatload of synthesizers. So let's just see what we're looking at here. (slow techno music) Oh, we've already got some chorus happening here. It's helping it jump out of the speakers there. There's some cool prism action. (slow techno music) All right.
