- People are naturally creative, but company regulations and processes stifle that creativity. As an agile leader, part of your job is to minimize constraints that limit the productivity of your team. Overburdening teams with rules and regulations is a mistake. Companies think that these regulations will keep teams safe and make them more successful. But the opposite is true. The regulations sap creativity and productivity.
