- In this week's tips for Microsoft teams, I want to talk about a channel calendar. Which is a special calendar that is automatically shared and accessible to every member of a team. Now you may already know, you can click the calendar button over on the left side to see your personal calendar. Only you can see your own calendar. And this is a mix of my personal appointments and meetings with other people. But if you need a group calendar that is shared with other people, you can do that in a channel, in a team. So I'll go back to the teams category. And remember, teams are groups of people who work together on similar projects and the channels within a team are intended for specific conversation topics within that group. In January of 2021, Microsoft added the option to share a calendar with your coworkers in one of these channels. So of course, select a team you want to work with then select the channel…
